How to Add a Debit Card to Facebook Messenger

Steps :

Open Messenger :

• If you want to add your debit card to  your facebook messenger then you have to go to settings in the messenger app.

Tap the Settings (iOS) or Profile (Android) tab :

• After this you will see your messenger profile and also your facebook profile image in the messenger settings.And also many other options.

Select “Payments.” :

• After clicking on it t will show your previously added credit cards if you have added.And this option will also show your payment history.

Tap “Add new debit card” :

• Then you have to add your credit card details such as Credit card number, Expiration details,Security code and Billing zip code.

Tap “Save.” :

• After doing this the your card will be added in your messenger account.
• Not all banks are currently supported. You may not be able to add your debit card yet. If this is the case, keep trying later in case your bank is added.
• Messenger does not accept credit cards, pre-paid debit cards, or PayPal cards.

Create a PIN to protect your card :

You can require a PIN whenever Messenger is used to send money with your card. Tap the “PIN” option in the Security section of the Payments screen. Create a four-digit PIN and enter it again to confirm. You’ll be prompted for this PIN whenever you try to send money through Messenger.

• Don’t use the same PIN as your ATM or your lock screen passcode.
